Painting a home is a notable investment.  We realize this and seek to ensure that every interaction with CHP is exceptional for our customers. This includes ongoing communication, being on time, following-through on what we say we are going to do and also providing the highest level of customer service possible.

Our process begins via an initial conversation with a prospective customer about their project – to understand what they want painted, what factors are most important to them as they choose a paint company, their desired project timeframe and any other key items they want to initially share. Next, we visit the home to conduct an in-person complimentary consultation – where we review the desired area to be painted, take measurements, etc.  Next, instead of the impersonal method of simply sending the prospective customer a PDF noting the pricing, Coastal Home Professionals conducts a 10-15 minute proposal review discussion.  In this conversation, we outline who we are, describe how we would approach painting your home, share the pricing for the project and answer any questions.

A significant number of our projects are for customers who do not live here along 30A. Our ongoing communication is a major way that Coastal Home Professionals differentiates itself. We update customers each day, providing status updates and photos…making them feel as if they were present for the project.

Two coats is our recommended approach for both interior and exterior projects – to ensure a long-lasting result. However, for homes that may have just been painted within a couple of years, one coat may suffice. Two coats (at a minimum) are a must if a color change will occur.

While our primary focus is residential painting, we do address commercial projects too.

We can absolutely assist a client with selecting a color to align with their wishes. We also frequently encounter clients who want to keep the same exterior color scheme – but do not know the specific color codes because they do not have any builder details or old paint cans. Solving questions like this is no problem for the Coastal Home Professionals team – as our color selection services also encompass color matching.

Coastal Home Professionals takes insurance coverage very seriously. We carry appropriate liability insurance and our team is also covered by workers compensation insurance.
